One of our specialities is to develop friction shims to your specifications. We apply our MICROLOCK technology to any type of 2D dimension you want and we customize the surface properties to your needs. With a coefficient of static friction of 1.0, we deliver the highest performing friction shims on the market. 

Custom MICROLOCK friction shims with bolt holes

We produce any geometry you desire from standard and special materials. Typical thicknesses are described in our FAQ on shim thickness, and you are welcome to send us your specification. 

Our friction shims (MICROLOCK shims) are based on uniform and strong microspikes that engage with mating counterparts.
